Unit A

This was a great neighborhood and home. My only real complaint/concern was that since there were kids in our group the garage made into a game room was a real draw. Problem was we had to share with the lower unit and that unit didn’t have a living room. We felt weird sharing it with a family we didn’t know and they had no where to hang out. We felt like we were in their “space”. We decided to let the other family use the space. May kids were sad but very understanding.

Not equipped well

I wanted to really like this place, but the doors leading to the back porch were unlocked when we arrived and so dirty with hand prints that you couldn't see out. The apartment could use a deep cleaning. We were not given all of the codes for entry into the apartment, and the door would automatically lock after about 30 seconds so you better have the key with you! The kitchen had 3 mugs and only a few plastic dishes. Also, be prepared. The game room with a pool table is directly below two of the bedrooms and the guests below us did not care that there were "quiet hours". I ran out of hot water the first shower we took. We contacted the management company who said a local manager would contact us. We never heard from anyone, but fortunately we had enough hot water the next day. Because we never heard anything, we took very quick and staggered showers.
