The staff was very friendly and helpful, The location was good for visiting family on Hunters Army Airfield. The property is on the older side and shows the wear.

Its time to upgrade after going to places like Disney Las Vagas and even Dallas you want the same pleasure. Its time to invest in the property and upgrade Savannah location. With all the new updates at the river front you guys are to far behind. Take the carpet out.

The staff is wonderful but the shabby patio area was disappointing - only 1 table and 2 chairs with a beautiful grill that doesn’t work - as was the breakfast which is more of a continental than a full buffet. We would’ve appreciated some potatoes or a starch as well as a loaf of bread for toast.

My family and I enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back the next time we travel to Savannah. The staff was friendly and when we needed extra clean linen, the staff got it right away. Also, the breakfast area was nice and clean and there were good food options to choose from and not just your ordinary waffles, instant grits etc.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which is perfect for families. The bedrooms are on the opposite side of the living room. Each room had its own bathroom, which was nice for privacy. Overall, a good size room with plenty of space to stretch out and relax.

The staff were excellent. But the property was old, the dishwasher and food disposal wasn’t working. The hotel is pet friendly, but the rooms don’t seem too prepared to be pet friendly. For example there are big gaps are holes between the mattress and the box frame, which I had to block used towels and blankets to make sure the pets don’t go in or get stuck.

I've been to many Marriott hotels and out of all of them, one of my favorites is the Residence Inn, so I have frequented many, but when I visited this particular one, I was very disappointed. When I selected the room online, it showed a 2-bedroom suite with 2 beds in each room and an indoor and outdoor pool. This was 2 of the main reasons I booked at this hotel. When we got there, they said they don't have any 2-bedroom suites with double beds in the room. Then the pool was not operational, In addition to my disappointment, The room was not clean, there were chips and stuff under the sofa bed and the refrigerator was dirty and still had stuff in it and the sofa bed still had sheets and the blanket on it after pulling it out.

The ladies at front desk were so nice and helpful. The kitchen ladies was very helpful as well and nice. Only issue we had was the pool was closed during our stay and our bedroom door didn't open very well. We had to fully push the door open bc it was kind stuck. When we closed the door we had to triple check each time bc it seemed like it was open. N next time we have to ask for a room with a bigger shower. It seems kinda small.
