I was suppose to be refunded because the room was completely unservicable but I never received my money back. The room had stains all over the bed, bed sheets, walls, smelled like smoke, smoke detector was ripped off the wall, and was not well lit.

It is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. It is very unclean except for a weekend accommodation fee of up to $110. The room lock is broken. It can only be locked from the inside, not from outside.

Savannah Garden Inn canceled my stay 6 hours before check in, then hung up on me, and wouldnt pick up the phone after that. calling expedia they were not able to reach them either.

Stay at your own risk!
I was appalled at how dirty the carpet was. The room was rundown and missing a light bulb over the sink. It was so bad I asked for a vaccum. The desk clerk told me this hotel was located in the projects and he carried a gun while on duty! My daughter called around and found a safer location for me that night.

DONT STAY HERE
They where only two things that where good, the first, person at the counter (Big Guy With a Long Beard) he was understanding, patient and cool.(The Manager is an a**hole), and the second good thing is when we left. The room smelled humid and disgusting, the shower flooded. And again THEIR MANAGER IS AN A**HOLE pitiful service by him. BTW WE FOUND A ROACH IN THE ROOM

These are Covid times, protect yourself. I could look over the fact that I was told my prepaid room wasn’t in the system. Being a Inn owner, I explained they needed to collect with the virtual card they were given. However, I wasn’t early and I was asked to check if my rooms were clean. Maybe there was only one person working from the counter, ok maybe I get that. One room was missing pillows and the other the remote. Ok another offer sight...it happens. When I received the remote, I was given the parts however the rubber was out of it giving you nothing to push the buttons with. This was handed to me by the person from the front desk. I’m really not sure how he could have missed that. There was no seal around either door so not only air but bugs could come in. Our non-smoking rooms had a minimum of 3 burnt holes in the bedspread each. There was left over toothpaste on the counter and what looked like someone had actually been staying long term in the rooms with the amount of splatter left on the sink cold/hot knobs. Hair and a dirt ring in the bath area. I usually would not leave such a bad review but cleanliness has to be a top priority. A good note, the heater and AC worked well.

Nasty. Worst room ever!
It was terrible! It was a smoking rooms. Burnt holes in the thin nadty blanket blanket. Not enough heat. Security latch missing. Multiple Cigarette burns on tub. Rag old and streatched so you can see through it. Nasty. I want a refund!

It was herrible the first room we checked into was dirty with trash still in trash can and wet dirty towels. The roon the changed us to was smelly and dirty. The front desk guy Monty is a real special person in a bad rude way. The guy running the front desk in the morning is worst then Monty thats saying something

Horrible
Power went out ...filthy sheets ..I booked a double bed got there and they told me only single. Hair everywhere. Burns on the toilet seat.

The staff was super friendly, my dog go to stay for free, and I can’t complain too much about the overall stay in those regards. Yet, here’s what was not pleasant: upon first walk in, the carpet was torn up on the edge by the hardwood, and there was stuff on the walls, dresser, tv, mirror, and tub (who knows when they were last wiped). When I first stepped into the tub to shower, I noticed the open bar of soap from the last guest(s) was still on the ledge. Then we get to the bed, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable, there was a tear in our fitted sheet, and a burn hole in the blanket; my dog Fit under the bed and found plastic wrappers, including that of a condom. I guess I got what I should have expected for a cheap motel, but i think it’s safe to say I will not be returning; I’d rather pay a higher rate for something better/cleaner.

Treated like a common criminal
I arrived late so had a riom facing a busy street with a very bright floodlight facing right at the room. Checkout time was 11am and i overslept so i asked maids if i could checkout at noon. I thought they said ok but at 1130 the manager came down and opened the door while i was standing there in my undrwear. He told me to get my pants on and get out that checkout was 30 minutes ago. I will NEVER stay in that hotel or any Motel 6 ever again.I am a 60 year old businessman and have never been treated so rudely as this man did. Motel 6 you should be ashamed and believe me when I say I will warn everyone in know or come in contact with about your business practices. Totally unacceptable if you are a legitimate business.
