    Built in 1890 this apartment has beautiful high ceilings, large windows and historic charm that you just can't replicate. Through a private entrance on Jefferson street, walk up the stairs and into your own personal oasis in the heart of the city.
    The dining room is the hub of this apartment, with plenty of space for the whole group to gather and enjoy a home cooked meal or even a quick bite you picked up from The Grey Market just a few doors down. When you aren't out enjoying all of the excellent restaurants Savannah has to offer, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to create memorable meals.

    Through the dining room, you enter the bright and spacious Living room, beautifully furnished with an eclectic mix of modern and vintage pieces. Just off the living room you will find the cheery bedroom, well appointed with a super plush king bed, sure to help you relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The updated bathroom with tub/shower combo and granite counter is just off the central dining room. This apartment also comes with those little extras that help to make your stay all the more comfortable including: Washer/Dryer, Iron and Ironing board, hair dryer, Keurig coffee maker and FREE WiFi.

This is a very nice apartment with a great location. We other reviewers have mentioned, it can be noisy on weekend nights. We used a sound machine we brought along and that helped. The apartment was clean and well-maintained and we enjoyed relaxing and resting here in between trips out on the town. The host was very accommodating and helpful.

We had an amazing time in Savannah! This rental was perfect. Very close to all the attractions, bars and restaurants. We were only 2 very short blocks away from City Market and Riverwalk. Bed was very comfortable. Our week was minimal with outside traffic. Loved that we could hear the carriage horses and Santa going by. Lovely Christmas visit!

The location was fantastic and the apartment itself was great. However, the noise from outside was unbearable at times. You could hear people, cars, music, construction and the street sweeper at 5 am. If you want location this place is a 10/10. If you want peace and quiet I would say look elsewhere.

The location is one of its biggest perks it was close to the historic district, easy to navigate, and within quick reach of great restaurants, coffee spots, and riverfront areas. We loved our stay here. It’s a super quick walk to downtown and parking is easy with the garage right next to the property. The inside is cozy, stocked with everything you might need with a great living room and dining area. Everything was perfect but my only note about cleanliness is that there was (what looked like) a fresh stain on the comforter when we arrived, but everything else was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Great VRBO in a great location

This apartment is on the second floor of an old building. The unit is spacious and very well equipped. The full kitchen makes it easy for o cook in the unit if you wish. This unit is on the West side of downtown and is an easy walk to restaurants and site seeing locations. You will not go wrong booking and staying here

Very spacious apartment albeit with a small yet adequate kitchen. It was very clean. The location couldn’t have been better! Parking garage right next door. Walk to everything in historic/ river district, including museums, parks, restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in future and highly recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful time staying in Savannah. The location of this property is Excellent! Immaculately clean with all the amenities we needed for the weekend. Beautiful decor, spacious high ceilings and easy check in/out. There was street noise at night but we knew that coming in AND we WANTED to be in the center of the city. We walked to everything and also enjoyed a day on the trolley. We were so close to everything we wanted to do and could stop back by to get a drink, rest & drop purchases throughout the day. The parking garage is across the street (with free electric charging) and we felt completely safe in the apartment and walking throughout the city. Thank you so much.

Dreamy and Delightful

Nicole's space was so wonderful - I cannot say it enough. It was such a clean, well-put-together place. The bed was so comfy and there was coffee available in the morning. We didn't end up cooking there, but the kitchen had all of the necessities. The tall windows let in so much natural light but also plenty of privacy when we closed them at night. It was just such a calming space where it was easy to wind down and feel at home, even on vacation. Definitely has been saved as a favorite on my list and hope to return!

Friend reunion

Overall the location was fantastic. Sunday night I was able to sleep because it was so quiet. But the weekend was pretty noisy with the pedal trolley passing several times, and the parking garage next door. But it was really a trade off, because we could walk to everything and enjoyed the location so much. So overall, I think it was great.
