「We were never helped with the luggage to begin with. At the time of our arrival the entire corridor was being cleaned to it made it hard to get access to our room. Paris was going through an extreme heat wave yet the room temperature and acs didnt seem to work. On the last night we lost power in the night a were abruptly awaken drenched in sweat. We were forced to leave the property early as it was unbearably hot. The elevators were down and it was absolutely dark and hot. Once again no one...

We had wonderful experience staying in the hotel. The front desk staff team is AWESOME! They are kind and willing to help in any case that customers needed. Vincent and Cindy! Thank you so much.

Location is super convenient in term of transportation and food. There are two lines metro nearby. And most signature visiting spots are close by. There are serval Japanese and Vietnamese restaurants nearby, and a few small supermarkets as well. Awesome location.」
