“I work hard and needed the perfect relaxing place. We booked a night while we were passing through town and it was exactly what we needed. “I found it annoying that my internet connection was so complicated to set up. Other hotels just have a password code. Easy. I also could not watch any TV without having to join a streaming service. Other hotels offer this for free to watch cable. A manual or directive instructing clientele on paper/ laminated would be helpful as the older generation do not all have smart phones and are lost as we can’t view hotel instructions via phone. “All things considered I enjoyed my stay. The only thing that could have been better was 24 hour front desk help. I arrived at around Midnight and had to get help from nighttime security, which I had to call for assistance. “Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside.
