“Wonderful spacious room. Great location with a balcony overlooking the concert area during the summer. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. Covered parking, close to shopping, restaurants and the gondolas. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again”

“Great location. Walkable to anywhere in mountain village and gondolas”

“Very nice space and only a few miles from town. No issues at all and when I needed to change the date, that was easy as well.”

“Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!”

“Great property at a wonderful location. Right on the river path easy walk to downtown and the gondola. Hot ton was an extra added treat especially after a day of hiking.”

“Really cute little apartment, good sized unit. Location is very walkable to all parts of Telluride. There was some construction on the street right outside September 2026 but that won’t be going on forever. Walking around the building and finding the unit the first time can be a little confusing and there’s two doors to the unit so I suggest finding the front door before you bring all your luggage up. Parking can be a limited though, as I mentioned earlier the street was under construction which……

“Kendra was a fantastic host with great communication. We stayed last week of June and the weather was perfect. The gondola was a quick drive with free parking and we spent most of our time in Telluride or hiking. The condo was clean and comfortable for the four of us (2 adults and 2 large teenagers). The kitchen had everything we needed and we were able to rest/relax to begin more adventures the next day.”

“Perfect communication from the host allowed a quick and easy check-in. The unit was in great condition and in a perfect location. We had a large vehicle that we needed to park across the street in a public lot and the logistics of that were handled effortlessly. The beds were comfy and the kitchen/ living area was very updated and comfortable. One cannot find a better host. My many questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. ”

“This was the perfect spot for me to stay! I would stay here again.”

“Conveniently located, first floor unit, next to the pool and laundry with 3 beds! We came for a summer baseball tournament. Zero complaints. Will try to book again next year. Host was very responsive to my questions.”

“Wonderful time and awesome location for our Anniversary trip & 1st time to Telluride. Perfect for the 2 of us and walking to downtown, Gondola to Mountain Village, and hikes. Communication and Host were great. Thank you and can’t wait to return.”

“The staff and the property itself were so excellent! We didn’t even realize how great it would be having valet - they even drove us to and from the gondola while we were there so we didn’t need a car at all, and saved on some walking distance with the valet. Pool and restaurant were a great ambiance. Overall we loved this property and would 100% come back!”

“This is a very average rental, especially when you consider the high price point. The unit is not a kitchenette "as advertised", and was not well stocked, we ran out of essentials like toilet paper and trash bags. The furnishings are "well used", the hot tub was cold, and there is an adjoining room that the sound bleeds through. Our neighbor had a dog that barked constantly when they left. In addition, communication was very inadequate. Due to the confusing management, it was difficult to get……
