“My parents and my family got together for an extended weekend in this cabin. Its location is excellent, secluded yet very close to everything. The bugs and weather did not cooperate so we were stuck inside much of the trip. Additional living room seating would have helped but we were hoping to be outside more of the time. Overall, a very nice place.”

This cabin was clean, smelled fresh, is spacious, has very comfortable furniture and beds, has nice bathrooms, and quality linens. The cabin is in a great location, near fun activities for all ages- mini golf and go-carts across the street, shopping near by, antique shops, famous fish museum, many nice places to dine, breakfast diner within……

“Nice smaller cabins for comfortable getaway right on the water. Close to everything, but yet feel your out of town. Hosts were wonderful and provided great information before check in. This was our 2nd stay and first with this host. We’ll be back again and again!”

“Perfect and cozy”

“Ages 3 to 96 years greatly enjoyed a 1 week stay. The setting, layout and proximity to grocery shopping were perfect. Very comfortable and well equipped for our group of 8 to 12 staying over with 4 to 6 people visiting from another lakeside rental. The kayaks, rowboat and pontoon boat were great as were the numerous indoor and outdoor games. The large grill in back and smaller grill in front were great for burgers, brats, salmon. Great communication with owners. Avid fishermen might be……

“Very clean, well appointed inside, gorgeous views from the patio and bench on boat dock outside as well as master bedroom, living and family room inside. Truly, everything you could need inside and out. We visit Hayward every summer, and this was one of our most enjoyable visits despite the fact that it rained much of the week. It was so nice to have 3 bedrooms, both a living room and family room, and a spacious kitchen with everything we needed for cooking. We brought cards and games, and……

“This place was as advertised minus the grill, which was hidden in the shed and looked like it had not been cleaned ever and had 1/4 tank of propane. Very clean, welcoming, spacious, and all the beds were comfy!! Sadly very disappointed with the absence of communication with the hosts. I tried twice to get a hold of someone and nothing. We had a broken toilet, which we fixed ourselves, a broken coffee pot, and had to search the entire house for any manual regarding information about the house.……

“We had a great time staying at this well set up and comfortable cabin! Wanted to use the kayaks they supply but it was raining so we played games and we were able to get the PWHL playoff hockey game on the smart tv which was amazing! Downtown Hayward is a short ride away and we spent a day walking around this cute town. The beds are very comfortable which we were all thankful for.”
