Our room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The block out blinds were so effective that we slept in until 9.30am!
The communication leading up to our stay was also good and they replied promptly to my questions.
The check-in process took a little longer than expected as I didn't have my physical driver's licence on me so I had to send a screen shot of my digital licence from the VicRoads website.
The breakfast service needed some staff visible on the floor as it was hard to find items such as cutlery and glassware. Only some of the tables were set for service. The food was plentiful and of great quality. As was the coffee! A great location for a weekend in Melbourne.
