「While this is an older resort, the staff was extremely couteous and attentive. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping attended them every day. The front desk staff were very helpful and put us in touch with very competent transportation, as the resort is a bit off the beaten track, which added to its appeal for us. The food was excellent and the wait staff made every meal special. There were plenty of options for us. They made a great vacation that much better.」

「The staff is friendly and professional. Ricardo, who is in charge of the hacienda went above and beyond expectations. He made us feel very special as he catered to our needs, assuring the relaxing time we were looking during our stay.
The breakfast is made to order with good options. We had the opportunity to reserve the dinners during our stay. The experience was delightful with candles illuminating the dining area, excellent choices for the background music and great service. On top of that...
