「The host was very attentive. Greeted with complimentary waterbottle was nice. Location is not the best. Far from everything,Walking. But Uber transportation was easy. There is a charge if you want to pay Credit just so you know. Cash is preferred. Breakfast included is coffee or juice and 1 piece of toast and small portion of fruit. Overall ok for my 1 night spent there. And good price. Bring mosquito repellent. 」

「El lugar es cómodo y el restaurante tiene platillos buenos. El personal es amable. El desayuno gratuito es bastante completo. Sin embargo no tiene canales por cable aunque la información diga que si y si considero es necesario para distraerte al llegar a descansar o para pasar el día. La piscina estaba descuidada. No está a 10 minutos a pie, está mas lejos si es necesario tener carro porque está alejado del centro. 」

「There is no elevator and lots of stairs going every which way . The entrance gate is very heavy and slams loudly which echoes throughout the courtyard . Getting in the pool , the steps are very large abd you have to agile . Staff were very very good !! Would stay here again . 」

「Loved this place. So quiet at night. Comfortable big bed. Spotless room. Super shower and bathroom. Friendly little family team. Breakfasts were excellent - always fruit, fruit juice, coffee (or tea), toast/pastries and something cooked - we had something different every day of the week. We enjoyed reading and relaxing on the roof terrace. Nice location in Condesa, near Roma. Highly recommend and would come again. Thank you. 」

「La habitación estaba decente pero las camas muy malas, las almohadas y las sábanas de muy mala calidad, tenía la reservación por varios días. Solo me quedé una noche y me fui de ahí. En la regadera no había acondicionador y el papel higiénico de la peor calidad. En cuanto llegue el portero me informo que si llegaba alguien más, le dije que sí. Me dijo que yo tenía que bajar a abrirle. Y me enseñó donde tenía que tirar yo mi propia basura. Jamás me había pasado quedarme en un lugar donde...

「El sitio tiene una ubicación muy buena que permite conocer el centro de Querétaro a pie y disfrutar de sus plazas, museos y restaurantes. El trato es amable y el hotel es tranquilo y fresco. Todos muy amables.」

「I booked this hotel due to all the wonderful reviews. Now I’m struggling to understand why people rate this place 10/10. The neighbourhood is very cute, yes, but the noise is unbearable. We had a room in which we could hear absolutely everything. The telephone from reception, people coming in and out, the cars… we couldn’t even nap after having traveled for hours. I was very surprised given the price as well, especially in CDMX. Yes the building is pretty and so was the room, but not practical...
