“The only complaint I have is that we could not use the kitchen. The kitchen was locked up due to COVID. That was totally unnecessary and I didnt see that anywhere when i registered. The host made a point of showing us a microwave and little fridge and coffee maker. We had brought groceries with us. But we could not use them because we had no dishes. Not even a mug to put coffee in. There were a few paper cups available but nothing for coffee.”

"Xcaret Arte is the best resorts i have ever been. All the staffs are easygoing and smile to you as always. I have been to many countries and islands to spend my holiday. This time is the most impressive and unforgettable memory with my parents to celebrate their anniversary. The resort has perfect view and culture atmosphere. It not just a resort but an art park. You can choose to attend classes, eat different fine dining, and join the diversified tour. I shared my pictures with my friends and recommended Xcaret to them. I will come time and time again.
