“I was billed twice for this stay. To 2 separate bank accounts. I contacted the property expecting a prompt refund of 1 of the 2 payments, but they disputed them, even after I sent clear photos of both charges in both banking apps. I've begun a dispute with one of the 2 banks, and it'll probably take a month to resolve the double charge. Expedia were unable to assist because this was a "pay at property" stay. Very unimpressed. Will not stay again.”

“Antes de llegar pregunté si había caliente siempre y dijeron que sí y no fué así, tuvimos q estar contactando al administrador por msj porque las llamadas nunca las contestó y solamente una persona pudo bañarse con agua caliente después salió super fría. La ubicación muy bien el lugar bien pero no tiene estacionamiento tampoco y tuve q dejar todo el día mi camioneta afuera.”

“Good location, no toilet paper in the room. I was on the ground floor which was noisy. They started sweeping at 7am. No wifi was given. Good location and bed, but that is it.”

“We had a great stay at Casa Olivia! It definitely feels more like an Airbnb, but with the added security of a hotel which was really nice. We didn’t have room service or room cleaning during our stay, but honestly it wasn’t a big deal to us and we probably could’ve requested it if needed. The only downsides were the shower head wasn’t our favorite, and there wasn’t anywhere in the shower to put body wash, soap, etc., so everything had to sit on the shower floor which kinda sucked. Other than……

“I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. The amenities were more than fine for us - Rosetta baked goods in the AM & pre-dinner Mescal. The location is fabulous! Absolutely would come back in the future. ”
