「I was billed twice for this stay. To 2 separate bank accounts. I contacted the property expecting a prompt refund of 1 of the 2 payments, but they disputed them, even after I sent clear photos of both charges in both banking apps. I've begun a dispute with one of the 2 banks, and it'll probably take a month to resolve the double charge. Expedia were unable to assist because this was a "pay at property" stay. Very unimpressed. Will not stay again.」
