“The property was not as it shows online. The resort was totally empty except for us. The security guard checked us in. Although they were empty, they put us on the fourth floor with no elevator. The staff that we did see over our stay were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The restaurant wasn’t open and the pools were not clean. Maybe it was off season, I don’t know. The staff is the only redeeming factor.”

“I really wanted to like this place but the place is falling apart. Food was terrible, bedsheets had stains, and the towels should be replaced long time ago. Staff was nice and attentive but everything else falls short of a roach motel.”
