「I love the costumer service, everyone was nice and respectful. I loved my flower pool/bath and the floating breakfast. Also the full body massage was 10/10」

「A solid 5/5 for the hotel!!! Staff is very helpful and their breakfast was delicious (must try their banana smoothie bowl).」

「May prepare cleaner sheet」

「Amazing property! 」

「Spent 5 nights at the Ridge as a treat to myself and it exceeded all my expectations. 10/10 for my Ridge View Room. 10/10 for the food at the restaurant. It was very very good. 10/10 for the service I recieved from the staff and all of the Butlers. Thank you The Ridge! I look forward to returning! 」

「My family had a fantastic stay here. The place itself is wonderful, set in a beautiful traditional Balinese family complex, and the villa area is spacious, quiet and private. The kids loved the pool and really appreciated the supplied floaty toys. The photos represent the property we'll, everything is comfortable and overall it's a very relaxing and enjoyable environment to spend time in. The location is also great, the Penestanan area is nice and a bit more chilled out than central Ubud, but...

「We stayed in a two bedroom villa with a nice garden and ”outdoor” kitchen and diningarea/livingroom. Very steep steps leading to the second bedroom. Breakfast is not bufféstyle but a set menu, quite small portions though. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the Ubud center (market), witch is good because the place is nice and quiet at night. There is a bunch of restaurants within a couple of min walk. 」
