The apartment is your private space for your vacation. The pool is shared with other units.

You will be provided with a digital Boarding Pass in our communications with you about your stay. The Boarding Pass will have detailed property, parking, and access information and your code for the door lock will arrive the day before check-in.

You can reach us through your Boarding Pass. The link is provided in every text or email we send to you. All information about your rental, the property, access, and the surrounding area is located in the Boarding Pass. It is mobile friendly for easy access on your phone - and you do not need to download an app.
Pool hours are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, the depth is 5.5 ft or 1.60m

Under no circumstances are glasses or glass bottles allowed around the pool.

Smoking is not allowed in the common areas, only in the lower parking lot for cars.

Gasoline-powered vehicles and motorcycles are not allowed inside the common areas, no objects or obstacles of any kind may be left, including golf cart batteries.

The maximum occupancy of the units is 4 adults and 2 children.

Hanging towels or bathing suits on any handrail is not allowed.

Pets over 15kg (30 lbs) cannot enter the condominium. In common areas, pets must be on a leash at all times.

Outside of the hours of 9:00 to 9:00 the condominium must remain silent inside or outside the units.

Parties or gatherings with speakers are not allowed.
