Immerse yourself in the local charm with our freshly roasted coffee from Lotti Lane Coffee Roasters. Brew a cup to perfection in your plunger, savoring the unique flavors of the region. We are committed to environmentally responsible practices. In the kitchen, you'll find composting facilities, making it easy for you to dispose of organic waste in an eco-friendly manner.
Surrounding the guest house are our native gardens, providing a sanctuary for native birds, bandicoots, and other wildlife. You'll be immersed in the beauty of Tasmania's unique flora and fauna, with 90% of the species here being unique to the area.

The owners of the property do live upstairs (completely separate access), however travel often so may not be around. They are very concious of noise when guests are staying below, no need to worry.
