    The home offers two separate living rooms, giving your group room to spread out. One living space includes a TV for movie nights or catching the game, while the second provides a quieter setting for conversation, reading, or simply unwinding after a full day.

This rental is excellent for a family reunion or a small group retreat. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone in Scandia is friendly. The landscape of the property is beautiful!!! The host is very gracious with thorough and kind communication. Scandia has an excellent restaurant called Tags and the service and quality of food is excellent!!!
