“We love the hotel and the staff. The buffet breakfast is amazing!!! All of the Christmas decorations- multiple Christmas trees included tasteful and delightful. The gentleman that checked us in was New to the elite hotel staff and said it was one of the best hotels he’s ever worked at.. the on-site Italian restaurant was delicious and I love that there is a pub right there too for some fish do And meatballs. Awesome place look forward to next Christmas with you.”

“Very old dinning area. Carpet ripped twice I was close to fall. Breakfast area floor very dirty. Stairs very dirty . I wanted to leave on the very first look at the room. But this guy on the reception promised he will change my room with no charge. He never did. Never called”

“I liked the diversity of foods at breakfast, especially as a vegan. Nice bar cocktails.”

“Room was small but adequate. Bathroom very dated and needs refurbishing. Room overlooked the hotel lounge so no fresh air at all. Had to put up with Aircon that we couldn't alter. Good location though.”
