"We were only here for one night before heading back to the US but it was great. It says that it is in the terminal but you do need to go outside and cross the street to get to the hotel but it is not far at all. The check in and out was a breeze. It is very close to terminal 5 which has plenty of food option if you want something different from what the hotel offers. The room was really nice, very clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, so many option and everything was fresh and the staff were constantly clearing and making sure there was enough food since it was going quickly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. "

"Location is great! Nice and close to the station to get in and out of the city. Plenty of buses around too, however it’s also within walking distance to landmarks like the opera house and royal palace. Staff were super friendly, however you can go your entire stay without interacting with staff as my check in and check out were self service. I only dealt with staff as I had questions and they were very accommodating with me. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was big with a nice hot shower and heated floors. My only gripe is my room was facing the street and the windows don’t seem block out the sound of cars driving over snow and ice which was quite loud. Nothing earplugs couldn’t fix"
