「The property inside was pleasant, however, the gardens were overgrown with grass and weeds. The neighbour had left boxes for recycling on the lawn in the outdoor entertaining area. And due to the number of stairs had ropes connected from their deck to the wheelie bins. Whilst the description says 3-storey house and the photos give the impression of a normal house, the property is on a very steep block, so I do not recommend for any group with mobility issues. There are 42 steps just to the front...

It's a new build well-appointed and is furnished well but could be so much more homely with at least a couple of lounge cushions and throws a rug or 2 and bedside lamps, sadly it lacked " soul ", but these minor details would prevent us staying again as 3 couples. 「Really welcoming host with a lovely home. Comfy beds, great location and awesome pool. Dishwasher was difficult to use and lounge suites could be more accommodating for the amount of people but overall a great experience.」

「We loved our stay at Luxe Capri Villarecently. There was ample room for our family of 4 adults and 3 kids. It was easy to relax having such wonderful amenities. The beds were all comfortable and the property was spotless. The pool was definitely a bonus after long days at the theme parks. Communication between host and myself was very good.」
