「I can only say that their service, rooms, food, and environment are all perfect!!! I really had a great time there, especially I was the only person from Asia and they still treated me with very warm reception. Will definitely visit the hotel again.」

「I regularly travel globally for both business and pleasure usually staying at hotels of this class. The Bergresort has the worst service I ever experienced, a complete contrast to the Alpenpark (owned by the same family) where I stayed twice previously. At this level (4 star superior), rude, staff making customers feel unwelcome and ignored is not acceptable. Don't go to this hotel for a relaxing time. 」
