We had the best time at this wonderful hideaway! Fantastic fresh fruit & veggie stand less than half a mile down the road, beautiful yard & a well stocked home with everything you could possibly need! Easy communication with our host & a fun drive that is less than 30 minutes to Dreams Park. Thank you so much Anka!

Peaceful stay

We rented this place for our son's Cooperstown tournament and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was very clean, organized and we loved the quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed. We had poor cell service but the wi-fi worked great. Took about 20 minutes to get to Dreams Park. Watch out for deer at night!

We enjoyed the property. It was quite clean and we appreciated the extras like coffee and toiletries. We also used the camp chairs and the grill. The only recommendation I would make is that you let people know in advance how rural the area is and that they may not have cell phone reception. I had not saved the check in instructions and had a bit of a challenge to get the code to access the house. otherwise the stay was fantastic. Clean and perfect for what we needed.

Lovely Clean Home

We enjoyed our time at the Countryside Hideaway. It was a wonderful place to stay during our visit to Cooperstown. I am not sure how it would sleep 9 people comfortably, but it was perfect for our two couples and two children. We appreciated the little touches for convenience, such as the toiletry baskets, coffee pods, and water in the fridge. We were also very appreciative of the extra camp chairs for our baseball games! One note for travelers who are not used to the rural setting, we did not have any cell service and wish we had saved the check in instructions prior to arrival as we had a little difficulty with no cell service. Otherwise and great stay! We highly recommend this place!

Nice house

We were really happy with the cleanliness of the house. The baskets of travel supplies in the bathrooms were a nice touch. The backyard had a nice grilling station, a fire ring, and a brand new picnic table. We grilled out twice during our stay. Beautiful property.
