The television in the room did not have a guide channel that worked. I stayed for 4 nights and my bed or bathroom was not serviced. Only one day I put the do not disturb sign up. No channel list in the room. Breakfast was ok. Safflower very good. Location of the hotel is very good. Bar next door was great.

This is a second stay here for us. First time was so nice, I booked again. However, check in is 3:00 pm and they didn’t have our room ready. We waited about 10 minutes. But the staff were all very nice, our room was clean and smelled fresh, bed is super comfortable.

Room was clean. Beds comfortable. A/C unit was loud and circulated a stale odor. We used essential oil diffuser to help eliminate the odor. Roach ran across the floor from lobby to breakfast area. Coffee was good. Dated fixtures, a badly worn & torn shower curtain, a bathroom door that would not shut, very low toilet, and a difficult to close entry door didn't help with this review.

I had a very pleasant stay at Comfort Inn in Schererville. The owner is young and welcoming, and the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were all excellent. The hotel is clean and in a convenient location near restaurants and cafés. One area for improvement: the in-room safes in our rooms were not working, and the coffee machine was dripping hot water. Overall, a nice hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.
