Das Ferienhaus mit drei separaten Wohnungen ist ein schöner Aufenthaltsort für befreundete Familien. Wir waren sieben Erwachsene. Jeder hat seine eigene Privatsphäre und der Tisch in der Küche der unteren Wohnung bietet Platz für geselliges Zusammensein. Schwalenberg ist ein hübscher kleiner Ort mit überraschend guter Gastronomie. Die Lage ist für Touren und Wanderungen in die Umgebung des Teuteburger Waldes ein guter Ausgangspunkt.

Mooi, groot en proper

Dit huis was heel handig ingedeeld. Wij konden gebruik maken van het volledige huis; waar we dan ook dankbaar gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Elke kamer was mooi ingericht en er was voldoende meubilair en materiaal aanwezig. Enige minpunt (maar dat wisten we op voorhand) was het ontbreken van een tuin.

Nice home. Unfortunately only 1 big towel and 1 little towel for the bed and towel package. We stayed from Monday until Friday and 1 towel is not so much for this period of time. Nice environment to make a nice walk.

Wij hadden alle 3 de verdiepingen en ik vond het een fijn huis in een mooi dorp. Genoeg te doen. Dichtbij ook fijne restaurants. Alleen 1 nadeel kunnen vinden is dat er maar 1 prive parkeerplek is. En het is druk en weinig parkeerplaats dus soms een stukje lopen.

Das Ferienhaus mit drei Wohnungen liegt sehr zentral und ruhig in der Altstadt von Schwalenberg. Die sehr sauberen Wohnungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass man sich auch super selbst verpflegen und gemütlich am großen Tisch essen kann.

Wir haben tolle Tage in Schwalenberg verbracht. Das Haus hat 3 Wohnungen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist top, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage und Umgebung ist perfekt für Ausflüge und viele Restaurants sind grad am Ferienhaus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit bester Ausstattung

Es ist ein wunderschön renoviertes Haus. Hier haben alle Geräte und auch die beiden Saunen bestens funktioniert, es ist alles vorhanden, was es für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Auch Küchengeräte, Weingläser usw. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Vermieter Herr U. hat sofort geholfen und war für alle Fragen ansprechbar. Für Familien und Freundeskreise bestens zu empfehlen. Auch der Ort Schwalenberg mit den malerischen Fachwerkhäusern hat uns begeistert und die nahe gelegenen Restaurants.

Sehr gut eingerichtetes historisches, renoviertes Haus. Tolle Lage. Durch die 3 voll ausgestatteten, abgeschlossenen Wohnungen viel Rückzugsraum für die einzelnen Familien. Wir haben die 2 Wochen genossen und uns sehr gut erholt. Was für 10 Personen vielleicht schön wäre: 1 Waschmaschine und 1 Trockner.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Marktplatz. Sehr gut eingerichtet und vor allem super gut bestückt! Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man so brauchte ... Wunderbare moderne und edel eingerichtete Badezimmer. Wir hatten im Sommer auch auch regnerische, kühle Tage, an welchen es sich gut in der Sauna aushalten ließ. Verschiedene, sehr gute Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Alles top!
