“Gut und günstig”

“We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. The fault does not rest entirely with the owner; Epedia also shares some responsibility, as the emails received……

“Ein schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht, liebevoll eingerichtet und in einer idyllischen und ruhigen Gegend. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.”

“Es hat alles super geklappt!Wir sind vollstens zufrieden.Wichtig wäre jedoch die Info, dass über nur Doppelbettdecken zur Verfügung stehen. Wenn man das nicht mag oder es eben zwei Freunde sind. Die sich ein Bett teilen, ist es sinnvoll noch eine Decke mitzunehmen.Und einen Dosenöffner haben wir vermisst.Aber ansonsten war alles tipptopp. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!”
