“Great place to stay near Ticonderoga NY”

“This was an inexpensive tiny lil place to lay our heads down for a night and we appreciated having this place to do just that! There were three of us, and it fit us just fine- one double bed for my hubby & I and one twin bed for our daughter in which both were clean and comfortable. (Had blackout curtains so no light shone through which was good!) Not much room for luggage (nor was there a luggage rack)but one suitcase fit under the twin bed so that worked out well. This isn’t a place to hang……

“Host is amazing! Room was clean as well as bathroom. 10/10 would stay again.”

“The room was clean and in a great location for Schroon Lake and also if you are hiking the High Peaks. Host was consistently in communication and made the check-in smooth.”

“Julie and her husband went out of their way to make the stay personable and accommodating as possible. Room was clean with everything you would need for the stay. I am already making plans to return to the area and staying right here. Close to town(13 minute walk), great places to dine or check out the beach area. I can’t even think of one negative for a balanced review. This was affordable and very well located.”

“Nice, clean and friendly with a country feel. The pool was not open, and the faucet/sink had some minor issues.”

“The door had an entry code which sometimes worked and sometimes did not! That was a bit scary...The thought of being locked out of our room and no host was present in the office to speak with. The shower ran all over the floor when I turned it on so we ended up just taking sponge baths while standing in the tub (instead of using the shower). The TV turned on but it was not easy to navigate to a guide or to be able to sing in to Netflix. I could not turn the TV off! the power button did nothing……

“It was close enough”

“Mixups with room type of reservations-not sure which end it was on (a bit of both!) but Host was amazingly accommodating and overnight stay was great! Super cute cabins, very clean. Lovely area! We were very pleased.”

“This place was comfortable and warm.”

“Suite was not as described and insufficient size for the number of guests. Owner was aggressively rude and unpleasant. He did ultimately refund payment and we were fortunately able to find lodging elsewhere.”
