“Exactly as described-- cozy cabin located minutes from downtown Cooperstown NY. Bed was very comfortable. Host provided many amenities which made for a comfortable stay.”

“One of the best trips my family has ever taken! The caboose is charming with amazing views and plenty of furry company. The house was clean and the yard/fire pit area was spectacular. The only negative is the water smells a bit funky, but that should not be a deterrent because this trip is so special. Do not miss out, book the caboose!!”

“Stayed here for the week. My son played at Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was incredibly convenient. The only downside which is out of the control of the host is that the bedrooms both have skylights and it starts getting light here well before 6 AM during the summer.”

“House is very cute and easy to locate. The steep stairs were fine for our group, but could be problematic for those requiring assistance. It was physically clean, however the host was using a plethora of auto air fresheners to mask residual odors which bothered those with chemical sensitivity. Kitchen was sub par as far as cooking/dining equipment, which is fine if you're eating out and don't plan to cook/reheat food. “The house is under going multiple improvements. None of which effect staying in the house. There are window units in every room for a/c. The WIFI available is subpar so working remotely was near impossible and even streaming a show on the living room tv proved to be difficult. Towels and bedding were adequate. We did not use the stovetop or microwave/ toaster oven combo but they seemed in operating order. Only having one bathroom can be difficult but something we were prepared for already. Only……

We had a great experience during our stay at the property, which was immaculate and decorated with a lot of details for a comfortable time.We arrived during a snowstorm, which caused car troubles. Dana and Rodney responded to our request for help promptly and provided us with immense assistance.One of the family couldn't join us in time due to the storm, Dana allowed us an extra hours for checkout.
