「The family above our room was banging on the floor and yelling ALL night and we couldn’t sleep. Tried calling the office and left a voicemail but no call back nor did they speak to family. Had to blast the A/C and TV to try and get sleep. When I checked out the following morning all they said was, “sorry”. Will not go back. Poor customer service」

「If you want a place where there's some space and just to sleep, then for the price they charge it's a nice place to stay. Other places were much more and we were visiting Cooperstown for my son's 12U. baseball tournament and we only used this place to sleep and get up and go to the game and repeat. It served its purpose. The staff were a family that resided at the property and they were respectful and friendly.」

We had limited contact with staff (which I view as a positive) but interactions were always pleasant. The room was very clean; small as you would expect a motel style room to be, but nice queen size bed with a small sitting area. 「The only places to stay around Glimmerglass are these small motels. This was a lovely surprise. The room was very clean and the owner is so nice. There is a nice backyard to this place that has a pavilion, a fireplace and games. Very family oriented.」

「Absolutely amazing stay!!! Paul ,the owner , is so attentive and has amazing customer service support. The staff kept our rooms super tidy. It was so helpful to have a toster, fridge and microwave in the room. They have a beautiful field in the back for space for our son to play catch and stretch. Highly recommend to all families to stay here. Only 8 minutes away from dreams field.」

「Finding a pet-friendly place is always difficult. Sprinkle in a single night’s stay on a holiday weekend near Cooperstown into the mix and it becomes impossible. HOWEVER…at KC’s…we stayed in a brand new room which was entirely spotless on a bed that gave us the best night of sleep in memory! The property is still under some construction, but the value here is really, really great!」
