“One word: BASIC. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful, but overall it’s very functional and no-frills. Two things worth noting: 1. The location isn’t central, and there are limited good restaurant options nearby. 2. The pillows are genuinely uncomfortable - oversized, overstuffed, and offering very little support. I mentioned this to staff on departure after struggling to sleep both nights.”

“All surround sound by Bluetooth speakers overhanging the ceiling is a cool surprise! Everything is solid and sturdy, the lightings are many, floor size mirror, electricity sockets well positioned right where you need them, the shower works really well. Very helpful staff! Hamburg is a super engineered city with everything well programmed running smoothly and quietly. Not the Paris type of cultural bomb but very historic solid and logical city with innovations in the details everywhere. ……

“I loved its proximity to the airport. After the long flight, it was wonderful to be able to rest before heading to our final destination. The breakfast was pretty good. It was expensive but worth the convenience. The restaurant did not take cash which was inconvenient for some people in our group.”
