Very friendly welcome, charming room, and great breakfast. I especially enjoyed the crescent rolls! It's right by a train station, and you can get a pass that allows free train travel though Bolzano. And if you play tennis, the hotel has a court!

This location was extremely picturesque. The staff and the owner are extremely concerned about making for certain you are taken care of and enjoying your stay. Would highly recommend this site and will definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was cozy and clean. I enjoyed going in the beautiful sauna and steam room. For dinner they served a beautiful 5 course meal that was delicious and fresh. The breakfast was also amazing! I will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone who passes through vipiteno, and I hope to come back here again!

I was offered the use of the hotel garage for my motorbike which gave me the assurance of safety and also know it would be dry should it rain overnight.

Il miglior servizio è, però, il ristorante: piatti di qualità, non banali e dal sapore eccezionale, attenzione al dettaglio, alle intolleranze e alle esigenze. Complimenti alla cucina! Auf dem Weg zum Gardasee ist Hotel Erna unser Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht gewesen. Würden wir jederzeit wieder so machen. Gute Zugverbindung nach Sterzing, toller Service, gute Betten.

Zwischenstopp

Gut gelegen und vergleichsweise ruhig. Zimmer renoviert und v.a. das Badezimmer hervorragend. Zum Glück hatten wir die Halbpension gebucht, was wir sonst eigentlich nie machen, denn das Menu war toll hinsichtlich Vielfalt, Geschmack und Qualität der Speisen. Dazu ein sehr freundlicher Service. Bei einem Zwischenstopp oder auch einem längeren Aufenthalt, macht man hier nichts falsch.
