Super lækkert hotel

Super dejligt hotel. Der var ikke en finger at sætte. Vi fik lækkert mad og personalet ydede en rigtig god service. Fx. sørgede tjeneren for at oversætte vores menukort til dansk og da vi tjekkede ud fik vi en lille æske chokolade til køreturen.

Hotel im Stadtkern von Gerlos mit keiner guten HP

Hotel hatte große Zimmer mit getrenntem Bad/ Toilette, im Sommer ideal zum Wandern. Die Hotelchefin und Chef waren nett. Tiefgarage, wenn ein Platz frei war kostenlos. Frühstück war Standardmäßig in Ordnung. Leider hatten wir auch negative Dinge: 1. Halbpension wurde als Gourmetmenü ausgezeichnet. Es gab eine große Auswahl an Salat, jeden Tag eine Variation von Frischkäse, eine Suppe (z. B. Kürbissuppe im Sommer), Schnitzel vom Schwein, Spagetti, Lasagne, Fisch (keine Premiumqualität) und ein vegetarisches Gericht. Am Nachbartisch waren Vegetarier, die bekamen meist Tomate Mozzarella und gebackene Champinons. Nachspeisen waren unterschiedlich, mal wirklich selber gemacht und in Ordnung, mal aus dem Beveragefoodsortiment (Großhandel). Wir können das gute Essen am Abend leider für ein 4 Sterne Hotel und hohen Niveau nicht bestätigen. Die Portionen waren eher Seniorengerecht. An einem Abend hatten wir ein Galadinner das teilweise in Ordnung war und teilweise nicht. Wir konnten mehrmals beobachten, wie 3/4 oder fast volle Teller zurück gingen, meist von älteren Gästen. Besonders bei den Gerichten Lasagne, Gulasch mit Nudeln und einem Reisgericht Süß/Sauer. Zur Lasagne können wir nichts gutes selber berichten. A la carte ist es nicht. 2. Zimmer Wir haben am ersten Tag eine verkalkte Armatur mit sehr wenig Wasserdurchfluss angezeigt. Hier wurde uns entgegnet das Problem sofort am gleichen Tag zu beheben. Leider ist dann nichts mehr passiert.
