  • Located in 19057 Schwerin, 2.2 km from Schwerin Main Station and 2.8 km from the Sport and Congress Hall Schwerin, this accommodation is both quiet and central. You will find amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Schwerin Castle, the State Museum Schwerin, and the Mecklenburg State Theatre are about 4.8 km away. The tram stop is less than a minute away, and you can reach the center of Schwerin at Marienplatz in a maximum of 10 minutes. From there, you can reach the World Heritage Ensemble in just a few minutes.



    The Hanseatic city of Wismar is 31 km away, and Hamburg as well as Hamburg Airport can be reached in about an hour by car. The Baltic Sea beach is about 30 minutes away by car.



    The apartment is only 150 m from a large trampoline hall. Lake Lankow is about 200 m away and invites you to swim and fish. In the surrounding area, there are numerous opportunities for sports activities such as water sports, skiing, or cycling. You can park your bicycles on the property.

This property was perfect for our group, who was staying for a softball tournament. We had plenty of room to spread out and plenty of privacy as well, with 4 bathrooms!

Sehr schöne und wirklich saubere Ferienwohnung! Super familienfreundlich auch mit Kleinkindern.Merke: Es gibt, nicht wie in dem Inserat beschrieben mehrere, sondern nur einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück der Ferienwohnung. Wenn man mit zwei Autos kommt, dann muss man mit einem Auto auf der Straße parken, auf der man praktisch nie einen freien Parkplatz findet…genug Platz, einen zweiten Wagen auf dem Grundstück zu parken wäre allemal, nur ist das nicht erwünscht.

Neue Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet und sehr großzügig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist vollständig zufriedenstellend. Die Fenster sind sehr gut, sodass von draußen kaum etwas zu hören ist. Hinter der Wohnung gibt es eine Sitzgelegenheit im Hof/Garten. Vor dem Haus gibt es Parkplätze und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Richtung Innenstadt ist ca. 2 Minuten entfernt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war mühelos und hilfreich.
