The apartment is on the first floor of a two family house, has its own entrance and consists of living room with sofa bed and balcony, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, storage room / laundry room. It includes a large terrace which is recommended for breakfast, or simply suitable for relaxing. A spectacular view of the sea completes the whole. The apartment is in a quiet area. It's very well equipped and new. The promenade in front of the house is exclusively reserved for pedestrians and ends just a few meters after the house (cul de sac). Even in high season (August) it is very quiet. No crowds on the beach.

The whole apartment is equipped with air condition that you can use in summer and winter.

The prices are for 2 people that need 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. If you are 3 or 4 people, then the price with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms will be applied.

séjour merveilleux avec accueil des plus agréable

position idéale de l'appartement, face à la mer. Disponibilité de tout le necessaire au niveau de Donnalucata (boulangerie, boucherie, épiceries, superettes, petits commerces, restaurants, …). Tout le necessaire également au niveau de l'appartement, sans oublier la convivialité et l'accueil reçu de Fabia et de sa niece, nous expliquant les coins à visiter, les commerces intéressants et étant disponibles à tout moment pour toute question.

Comfortable apartment, good location in a delightful, unspoilt town.

Comfortable property, well-equipped, very clean with splendid view over the beach from a small balcony. Good, modern bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. Excellent roof terrace but it might need more shading in mid-summer. Kitchen is quite small but modern and tidy. Parking might be tricky in high season as you have to park in a side street. Very friendly and helpful welcome on arrival.
