“We had a fantastic stay at the Hideaway in Hays Beach. We were coming up to see our 93yr old Grandmother who lives about 45 minutes away. Our families rented two homes in the area and were able to enjoy our time with three generations that aren’t able to see each other often. The home was exactly as shown, perfectly decorated and incredibly well stocked! We’d absolutely come back!”

“The house was in a great location and had wonderful views of the river. The beds were clean and comfortable. The rooms are all ample size and accommodated our large family. My only comment is the outside appeared to need a deep clean, however since it was May and still a bit cold that was not an issue for us. I would absolutely stay at this property again. ”

“We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. “Property has lots of character and charm. We enjoyed the infinity pool, kayaking, crabbing from the dock and daily walks. The property is in a fairly remote location but we found that to be a plus. It was a great place to decompress and enjoy nature. The property owner was very responsive at booking and check-in. The only downsides to the property for us were that you had to walk through one bedroom to get the other bedroom and the WIFI was slow. Outside of that we really enjoyed our stay. ”
