Adjacent to the kitchen, discover the game room featuring a regulation-size slate pool table, a 75-inch smart TV, a full bathroom, and a convenient laundry room.

The game room opens up to the back patio, perfect for hosting a backyard BBQ, and leads to our luxurious Spa Zone, capable of seating up to 12 people.
