“Cute cozy little rental. Perfect for a small group. Nice patio overlooking the lake. We enjoyed our stay.A little confusion as to where the boat slip was located. As there are a lot of boat slips in this area. Contacted owner and was able to coordinate meeting them to show us where the correct boat slip was located. A short drive to the parking lot then a short walk to the boat docks. The walk to the boat docks is a little steep. No steps are available.Overall, a nice place to stay.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the property, but I highly recommend that the owner renovates some portions of the property. In particular some of the inside stairs seem to be close to failure and could lead to serious injuries. Similarly, the entire dock seems to be in disrepair and is littered with dangerous elements, especially for anyone who may have just climbed out of the water and may be a little wet. Please make some upgrades to keep the property a safe place to visit”

“We were in Tennessee for a crew regatta. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Having a kitchen was a must and we were able to prepare everything we needed. The location was also great. Only 8 minutes from the races. The host was easily reachable and answered all our questions quickly.”
