「The property had everything we needed, including a hot tub. Family commented that this was the first place that we had stayed that there was no wait for the bathroom which is important when there are kids. We enjoyed the view and the trails around the rental. It was pet friendly and my dog enjoyed our hikes around the property as well. Host communicated and answered any inquiries promptly. Arkansas is a beautiful place to visit. My sister who was present calls it her "happy place." 」

「Everything was great. Laura was a gracious host. Wish we could have gotten more tv channels. And didn’t remember that the cabin didn’t have WiFi. So we had to unplug. Loved our time together. 「We had an amazing stay at the cabin. We had all the amenities we needed in the house. It included a fire pit in the back with lights hung up around it, grills, and an awesome waterfall right next to you that you can see from your chair. Plenty of parking space and if you have a ATV there's a covered shelter for it ( as we needed it due to rain). The cabin is super secluded away from everybody like your own place in the woods. If your there for the trails , there right down tge road minutes away...

「We had a large group celebrating a birthday. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and sleep without being crowded. We loved the close proximity to the different atv trails and the atv rental dropped units off for us. The hot tub was an added bonus after bouncing around on atvs and hiking. Well stocked and easy to communicate with host!」
