“You're going to ask yourself. Why am I staying in the valley Head area? It is the perfect distance to Mentone, Rising Fawn, The Little River, and even lake guntersville. Your host is providing you with a rustic cabin that is almost brand new. Very clean and has great amenities, all15 minutes from downtown mentone. Our host left great instructions on how to use the sauna and hot tub. They were both clean and well maintained. From what I can tell, the property must have been fully renovated in……

“There was lots of extra things, coffee filters, dish soap, paper towels. There were a few spiders and webs on the screen porch. Need a few more dinner chairs . But everything else was great.”

“The inside of the suite was just as pictured super cute and just enough for a couple. The outside however of the suite was not as described. The suite is connected to the hosts own personal home not as private and intimate as pictured. The outside of the house was kind of messy and not as pretty and put together as pictured. We enjoyed our stay but the awkwardness of not having a private suite and sharing a space with the host was not enjoyable”

“Best little spot! Super clean, cozy, quiet area and had everything we needed. The Host answered all our questions (1) in a timely manner. The boat garage was a huge plus for us! Some great restaurant's just a short distance drive. We most definitely will be booking again soon. ”
