「Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely come back again.」

「The building was nice and all, however we got stuck in the elevator for over an hour and missed some of our planned trip and lost out on some money we had paid for other events. The staff was apologetic, but that was about it. I would have expected something offered, maybe a free night to return or a free upgraded room. It was not our fault the elevator got stuck and it took them a while to get anyone to help us. At one point the elevator itself was calling the front desk and they go annoyed...

「the only thing weak about the stay was the coffee! Well, breakfast wasn't much. The rooms were sure clean and beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were great in helping resolve a booking problem. Great value for a basic stay!」
