"I chose this property based on all the other wonderful reviews and they were all correct. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The property is very well maintained and clean; I have very high standards and have no complaints. The location is close to so many restaurants and shops and a quick walk to Marine beach and the cove. We enjoyed our stay, will absolutely come back, and highly recommend to anyone."

"This property was absolutely perfect! The location is amazing and the accomodations were great. The Condo was just as expected in the listing. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need to make you stay special. Clem was so nice and made himself available at all times if needed. Breath taking views!!! Being in the heart of La Jolla was beautiful and so easy to walk around and enjoy all it has to offer. I look forward to returning. This is definitely a 5 star property!"
La Jolla Cove - Oceanfront Masterpiece

"We recently stayed at this La Jolla property and have mixed feelings about our experience. On the positive side, the views from the home are absolutely stunning, and the property manager was very responsive; when we discovered the water heaters weren't working and we had no hot water, they had a team out to fix the issue within 24 hours.However, there were several drawbacks considering the premium price paid for this rental. The outdoor deck floors and furniture were covered in bird droppings that required me to scrub off and clearly had not been cleaned prior to our arrival (they were dried on and been there awhile). Furthermore, the outdoor air smelled terribly of bird guano. Before booking, I specifically asked the property manager if this was an issue here because I knew it could be a problem near La Jolla Cove, and I was assured they had never received feedback about it. Unfortunately, it was an issue during our stay.Additionally, the house was minimally stocked. For the price, we expected basic amenities, but we were left short with only one roll of paper towels, four dishwasher pods, no napkins, no aluminum foil, no board games, and no beach umbrella.While the view is beautiful, it is very convenient to the Village, and the management team is quick to handle indoor maintenance, the outdoor conditions made the decks unusable for us. I would not recommend renting this property in the summer if you plan to spend a lot of time enjoying the outdoor spaces."
