「The hotel itself was actually really good and we enjoyed our stay. However, just a heads-up if you are driving yourself: the check-in process is a total cluster f*ck.
If you aren't paying for valet parking, they will not let you park or even idle in front of the building to quickly go inside and get your keys. It makes unloading luggage and checking in incredibly stressful and complicated.
Nice place overall, but they really need to fix how they handle arrivals for self-parking guests.」
