This was one of the best experiences we've ever had. The hotel is spectacular, as is the shuttle service and the hotel staff. The only thing I didn't like is that when you purchase the stay package, they don't tell you about the room and service fees, and then they charge you at the end of your stay, which are unavoidable. But the stay was truly spectacular!!!

Scrub Island is a beautiful location with several dining options and a several nice swimming pools viewing the ocean. Our stay was very nice, and the staff was very accommodating. We will be going back again!

I cannot say more about the excellent attention to detail here - the staff was attentive and made every wish of ours happen. The warm friendly atmosphere was awesome. The food was top notch so you felt pampered.

The property was great. The only concern we had was dinner at Cardamon (the nicest restaurant) the hostess and server were not friendly and seemed put out by our presence. The person working the Hut for use of kyaks not very helpful on where to go for snorkeling. Staff at the pool bar and concierge and check-in were great!

Great if you are looking to add a few days to bookend a charter sail trip out of scrub or Tortola. Extremely convent to Tortola airport. Food and service was ok, employees mean well, training/service a bit off. Spectacular beach on other side and great hiking

Our four wonderful nights in a one bedroom villa were perfect. Our room was amazing with beautiful views out of every window and 2 balconies which we spent a lot of time on. The property is stunning and very well maintained. The staff was very attentive providing excellent service. The fine dining restaurant just happened to be closed for some improvements so we ate at Donovan's Reef several times. The food was quite good. Lovely pool area too! We can't wait to go back.

Service was outstanding, marina is lovely, food was very good, room was comfortable. North Beach is small but lovely, with exception that the water was very shallow and not swimable, needed water shoes to protect feet in water. ***NOTE: even though Expedia advertised that they are transparent about property fees and charged roughly 30% for taxes and fees, Scrub island also charged daily resort/ room amenity fees of nearly $100/ day in addition at check out. Expedia could not explain their tax&fee charge or itemize it, and were apparently unaware of the resort fees.

Great island property, good services on island, clean rooms, excellent food!! Service is good. If you go during a convention party, service will slow down, but they try very hard to ensure your happiness. Resort I rate a 3.9-4 star, they can easily be a 5 star with some minor adjustments.

The staff was very attentive and kind. I stumbled across this because we needed one night in the area and can’t believe what we found! We were sad that we were only there one night. Definitely on the list to return. Private, beautiful, amazing service, lots to do and explore just on the island. Water trampoline, waterslide and the beach were big hits with my children. Enjoyed snorkeling and had the beach to ourselves. Our villa even had private beach access that we overlooked from our plunge pool. Full washer and dryer always makes this mom of 3 so happy. Book this place- you won’t regret it.

We absolutely adored the property! There was so much to do on Scrub, but then it was also easy to do a private boat day or ferry over to Marina Kay for other options. The staff were all absolutely amazing. The room was comfortable. Dining on the island was quite expensive but pretty good quality for the money. I would say the only negative was the lack of beach service. We adored North Beach because it was so private and beautiful, but one day there was a bigger crowd there with only one bartender. We never got any service even after asking twice on the other beach. Amazing views. The spa does not have luxury amenities but did have an incredible massage. The market and Rosalina who worked there were amazing!
