"Very old property. Normally wouldn't stay anywhere like this but we booked the same day we came; its clean but very old. No updates have been done. It definitely gave motel vibes. Nice front desk reps!"

"We traveled to Houston for my daughter‘s 11th birthday. We went to a concert at the rodeo to celebrate, and this property was in close proximity to NRG Stadium. The home was located in a spot that appeared to be a little sketchy, but they took all precautions to make sure that we were safe and secure. From the fence, to the gate protecting the entrance, and secure locks we felt absolutely safe staying with three younger girls. The home was beautiful and exactly like it was described online. Communication from the host was superb. "

"The staff was courteous. Location is excellent for attending events at NRG Stadium. Hotel condition is poor. The room was spacious, but outdated. Everything seemed really old. No refrigerator or microwave. The trash can in the living area had trash and a big wad of hair in it. The top bedspread had a very visible stain. The bar was a joke, out of many things including food and alcohol. I ordered an Old Fashion, and they were out of many bourbons, gave me two choices. I picked one and they upcharged me $8, so I paid $20 for a three ounce drink, served in a small plastic cup."

"The area looked ok. The parking lot seemed safe and well lit. There's only one way in/out of the lot which keeps people from wandering around the parking lot off the street. The staff was friendly and helpful. The A/C was really cold and the room was clean. There is no breakfast or coffee in the lobby (as stated in the Hotels.com website) but that didn't matter to me. All in all Iwould definitely stay again. It's a short drive to NRG area as well. The room was really spacious and included a small sofa and coffee table. Great stay and i recommend it. "

"I had paid to enter early for work reasons and they charged me an extra $10. When I arrived, there was a guy drinking and smoking who said he didn't know anything. He gave me the owner's contact because the contact information on the app was wrong, and even then, nobody answered or replied to my message. I don't recommend it, and the place is very strange. The owner didn't respond to confirm anything when I asked for information, so I believe it's a robot when you talk to the place. I had to pay more and go somewhere else. It's a disgrace! I want my money back."
