Lovely site and property

Sea Ranch is lovely site and the rental is well designed and cared for. We did have an issue on check-in and had to awkwardly scamper over a 7' fence to open a gate that had been bolted from the inside.

Tiny Home Great Location

Darling tiny home within property of larger house. There was a private patio with barbecue and sink. Hot tub available. Near ocean hiking trail and close to Del Mar swim center. Lots of cooking equipment in such a tiny space. We were very comfortable and don’t require a large kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Ranch. The place was cozy and perfect for 2 people. The cooking facilities were somewhat limited - a counter top two burner and microwave. Fine for breakfast and lunch but challenging if you really want to cook. There are plenty of nearby restaurants though. Overall a very good experience.

Generally good

Overall decent small sea ranch property. Guest house next to larger unit. It didn’t look like anyone was in the big house so relatively private during our stay. The hot tub is visible to the main house so the hot tub is not as private as the listing may suggest. The listing says there is laundry on site but that is not accurate. We had an issue with a beeping noise in a part of the building that was not accessible to renters - we called the rental company but it took a while for them to send someone out. After waiting an hour the beeping stopped and we left the place to go for a walk. Not sure if anyone actually showed up. The place is clean and the furnishings are interesting. Looks as good as the pictures. Looks well maintained - time capsule to 2005.

Cozy Sea Ranch Getaway

My partner and I had a wonderful time staying at this cozy little place for my birthday weekend. The hot tub was perfect, the shared grill area was great from some impromptu grilling, and we were very happy to be just steps from the bluff trail. The home itself was sunny and well furnished with everything we could need for a quiet vacation. The location is phenomenal with sweeping views of the coast just a few steps away and beautiful views of the night sky with hardly any light pollution. Would absolutely consider staying here again!

Dip Your Toes into Sea Ranch

The Mini Me small home is a short wooded walk to the beach. There you can explore the Sea Ranch vibe, houses on the water and many different birds. Pretty yard with a nice hot tub.

Lovely gardens!

This place had the nicest courtyard we have ever seen in Sea Ranch. Very private and gorgeous plantings. Although it is an ADU we only saw the owner once soon after we arrived to make sure all was good. It's small and has very limited kitchen facilities but they are upfront about that on the vrbo website. I also missed an ocean view but it is very close to the bluff trail as the vrbo site says.

Exactly what we needed.

Perfect for a romantic, weekend getaway. Everything was as advertised and clean and neat. Instructions for heat and tv and hot tub were clear and concise. We had a wonderful stay!

Mini Me Sea Ranch, CA

This is an excellent location in Sea Ranch with easy access to shopping and groceries. Mini Me is perfect for one or two people with great comfort provided by the King Bed in the loft and gas stove downstairs. There are also outstanding provisions for meal preparations. The Bluff is beautiful for walking and accessing others who might be vacationing in this area.

troublesome property manager and lack of privacy

We had been camping about an hour away from this home in the pouring rain. The property manage wouldnt let us access the house early. Claiming the COVID disinfectant need the requyisite time to be effective!!! When we arrived there was debri behind the gas heating stove. So much for disinfected! While there the owner called the property manager because we had some windows open and it was raining.The owner lives on the same property! We let the manager know that the windows were not allowing rain in. The owner came to see us and questioned the open windows!!! So not a good experience. Nothing kind or empathetic about the property manager. The owner seemed nice enough but I didint need the visit!

So So Lovely

Such a beautiful, quiet location. The guest house was stocked with everything we needed for a fantastic weekend, and a lovely gift basket! Just steps away from a truly beautiful, miles long beach trail where we saw seals and whales! Bananapants! I will definitely try to book here again!

Cute Small addition to much larger adjacent house but could be improved.

The place is a small addition next to a much larger house. It was clean with comfortable amenities. The downside was the small kitchen and food preparation area. The lighting over the dining table was insufficient and dark at night. The wifi was very weak often knocking our phones and laptop off the signal - in fact, the wifi was absent at times requiring us to contact the management company to reboot the server or something. This was a significant annoyance. And finally, the hot tub water was murky. I had to ask the management company to send someone out to clean it. In spite of all this, we did enjoy our stay. It's a short walk to the bluff trail overlooking the ocean and a 20 minute walk to two separate beaches. Also it's a 3 minutes drive by car to the Del Mar recreational center if you like to lap swim.

Mini Me at 260 Solstice, Sea Ranch

This place was perfect for us! We walked the Bluff Trail, used the pool at Del Mar, and soaked in the hot tub. Had some nice meals at trinks Cafe in Gualala. Thank you for a very nice mini-vacation.

Great Stay, a little dirty and cluttered

Awesome location in Sea Ranch, close to trails and just a quick drive into town. This guest house shares a yard with the Main House but feels private. House could use some deep cleaning, and de-cluttering. We noticed the floors were very dirty and there are a lot of random kitchen gadgets that likely aren’t being used. Some better storage systems would help the house feel less cluttered. The jacuzzi was nice but also looked like it could use a deep clean.

Small but cosy

We are senior citizens so at first I was wary of the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. But the bed is so very comfortable that it didn’t bother me. We both slept so well on the king size bed. There are 2 burners on a hot plate. I brought a crock pot but Mini Me was equipped with one. The location is wonderful and we enjoyed twice daily long walks on the bluff trail. It is near Gualala Regional Park(a short drive) and the lovely chapel. Because of COVID we couldn’t go in the chapel but it is especially interesting just before sunset. We use the hot tub twice during our 6 day visit and it was relaxing.
