The Space:

Centrally located on a quiet cul-de-sac, guests will find themselves within an easy 5-minute walk to One-Eyed Jack's playground, Shell Beach, Tide Pool Beach, Seal Rookery, Guided Monarch Nature Trail, and the Sea Ranch Chapel. Up to 6 guests can fit comfortably inside this large vacation home, making it great for a family or friend getaway.



Upon entering, admire the expansive windows offering an abundance of natural lighting and views of the blue ocean. A common living space upstairs comprises a living room, kitchen, dining area, and half bath. The living room has plenty of seating options arranged around a wood-burning fireplace and 46" flat screen TV. At night light the fireplace to set a perfect ambiance while you curl up for a movie. A Blu-ray DVD player, streaming video, stereo, and superior high-speed fiber optic WiFi via Sea Ranch Connect are provided for family entertainment. An additional downstairs family room has a large couch and 50" 4K flat screen TV, ready for your gamers or movie fans. Films, books, puzzles, and a game closet provide eclectic entertainment for all ages. The spacious den table provides a comfortable space for remote work, supported by reliable internet service.



Alongside the living room is a newly renovated cook’s kitchen. This well-equipped kitchen has a gas stove, and the enclosed backyard garden has fresh herbs. A chef will love cooking delicious treats in here. When your home cooked meal is ready to be served, call everyone over to the dining table, which seats six, or dine alfresco on the upper front or lower back decks. Fire up the propane grill for a juicy burger or side of salmon. Outdoor furniture is set up for you to dine, drink, and unwind under the Northern California sun. All of your guests will want a turn soaking in the private hot tub. This is also the best spot to stargaze from at night. A new washer and dryer inside are handy for wet bathing suits.



As the night comes to an end, there are three bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious California King-size bed and TV with DVD player and streaming video, as well as a computer desk for remote work. An attached private bath has a spacious vanity and walk in shower, and a separate exit just steps from the hot tub on the enclosed deck. The first guest bedroom holds a Queen-size bed. The second guest bedroom is ideal for housing the kids with two Twin-size beds. These guest bedrooms share a nearby bathroom with a standalone shower and vanity. There is also a separate salle de bain, which holds a full tub and overhead shower.



This home is stocked with hotel quality linens and 100% cotton bath towels. It will have a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products; guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.



Guests will have 2 outdoor parking spaces for their vehicles and a level-2 charging station for electric vehicles.

Pets are strictly NOT allowed due to allergies and health concerns.



Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, and 3 recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. RV's, trailers, or mobile homes are strictly not allowed.



The Sea Ranch facility reservations for pool and tennis are available on the Sea Ranch Association website. The trails and beaches are open.
