「We enjoyed our overnight at Lamie's. We stayed in the older section and the brick wall and 4 poster beds added a homey, authentic feel to the vibe of the Old Salt Tavern next door. Beds comfortable, room clean. The rooms & bathroom are a little small but perfect if your plan doesn;t include spending lots of time in your room. We came to visit friends in the area and had lunch and dinner at the Old Salt which was really convenient to just come downstairs rather than having to drive somewhere...

「The location was excellent in terms of access to Newburyport's harbor, restaurants, walking paths and downtown area. The walk across the bridge was as described.
I had a standard room. The bed and bedding were good, and the room had a large television on the wall. The bathroom setup was also good.
What was missing for me was a place to sit other than the bed. There was a table underneath the tv with one straightback chair. The setup would not have worked at all for me if there had been...

「This was a dream Hotel to stay at! Everything was impeccable! The bed was nice and firm yet comfortable and the pool was wonderful! I wish the jacuzzi was a tad More hot but other than that everything was great!」
