Peaceful Villa with stunning ocean views!

Our stay at this villa was absolutely perfect.The home is spacious, peaceful, private, and offers stunning views with fantastic amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the upgraded features throughout the house made everything feel luxurious and thoughtfully designed.The furniture and decor are top-notch, but the true shining star is the deck — we spent most of our time there, soaking in every second alongside our beloved dog, who loved it just as much as we did!The beach is simply incredible, and Seabrook Island has completely captured our hearts. Joy is truly found in a sandy dog, a salty breeze, and a heart full of sunshine.We cannot wait to return!

Great spot!

This cozy Pelican Watch villa has been very nicely updated. It was spotlessly clean and a great location to walk on the beach and enjoy everything Seabrook Island has to offer.

Pelican Watch is the only place we ever stay on Seabrook. We love it here and this condo did not disappoint. Very clean, and nicely decorated. The location cannot be better.

Fun vacation!

Wonderful stay on Seabrook. Have stayed at Pelican Watch several times. this condo is lovely! Nicely remodeled. Close to beach access point. Family and fur children love it! A big thank you to Nancy for helping out so quickly with everything!

Soooooo relaxing

This is just what we needed. The accommodation's were nice except could of used a bigger table for meals as we had other friends that were staying nearby. Great view but did not see any wildlife except deer. Enjoyed our trip immensely.

Lovely Labor Day Getaway

We really enjoyed The Pelican Watch villas for the second time this year. This is the best place with the best views for the value. The living room was well appointed and the kitchen has been renovated with two coffee pots! Great deal space if you have to work while visiting. We loved our view and ease to the beach. We will be back!

Great Location and Interior!

Condo was perfect; has been recently upgraded with granite tops, shower and paint. Location GREAT! We frequent Seabrook Island annually in Feb. and this was the nicest unit yet. Walk out the back door and you are on the boardwalk to the beach! Would recommend it for a couple, folks with a pet, small family. We'll be back next year.

Fall Getaway

We had a lovely time in Seabrook Island. Long walks on the beach, including our pup. The condo is very clean and fully stocked. Sitting on the back deck and looking at the sunsets and waves was gorgeous. We were able to stock up at Harris Teeter and had a nice lunch at Ladels. We took a day trip down to Beaufort which was fun. We would definitely return.

A delightful peaceful getaway

We have stayed at Kiawah Island many times but this was our first stay on Seabrook. We can’t wait to return! This home was situated perfectly with a lovely view of the ocean and easy access to the beach boardwalk from the back porch. The home is all we hoped it would be, for a quiet, relaxing stay. Even the beach is tranquil, as it is across from a large sandbar and adjacent to the secluded wooded acres of the Episcopal Church’s nature retreat. This made for gorgeous walks with breathtaking views and nothing commercial in sight. The house was well appointed, bedroom very comfortable, and exceptionally clean.

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS

An absolutely gorgeous property right on the river that exceeded expectations. The personal touch of having bedding and bowls for our pet tickled us to death. Its a tremendous find and very near to downtown Ellijay. Highly recommend it. You wont find a nicer cabin in the area that is a certainty.

We had a wonderful time,! We love Seabrook, everybody is so friendly and very dog friendly! Love the dolphin watch, the sunsets, and the beauty of the ocean outside our windows! The master closet was locked. The only closet available for clothing was extremely small and had 7 hangers. The mattress in the bedroom was very uncomfortable. The Island is beautiful. The property manager was quick to assist when asked.

Fantastic view and comfortable furnishings

What a lovely property! We had everything we could possibly need provided. The decor was fresh and perfect for the beach atmosphere. We enjoyed the view of the ocean across the beautiful sand dunes. Often we would have deer roam right in front of the deck area and the pelicans were always flying in formation above the nearby water. The end location of the unit makes it private and convenient-you can walk directly out on to the boardwalk that leads to the beach. We did not use the pool that was included with our stay however the facilities are nice and well maintained. We can't wait to return!

Stinky Bed

Everything was great except the stinky bed, holy towels and dirty floors. The bed reeked! We brought our own pillows and had to throw them away.The sheets were washed in some kind of floral scent that smelled like perfume had been sprayed all over the bed to hide the mold stench. We ended up sleeping on the couch. We would not rent this unit again. We loved Seabrook. The beach was wonderful.

Beautiful Condo!

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay at this well appointed condo. The only complaint we had was with the carpet in the bedroom that needs to be replaced. The rest of the unit is very well done and this is the only upgrade that needs to be made at this time. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit especially the bathrooms and the kitchen. Also, there was no sign of pet hair that we could find. We are considering renting it again in the future once the carpet is replaced. The carpet is the only reason we gave it four stars instead of five.

Wonderful views and location...

This unit has beautiful views and a good location. The unit was comfortable for the most part and we had a relaxing stay. I'm excited the unit was dog friendly! A few things could use some attention. I love to cook and the kitchen needed some attention. Knives and scissors are really dull. A few basic spices and some oil are helpful- there was not even salt/pepper. Also, the couch is pretty "sinky." It's a wonderful size, just well sat upon! I appreciated the beach chairs and might suggest new ones for next season... they were almost impossible to open/close. One last issue, the flat sheet had a pretty good size whole in it. The unit is lovely... it just has a few has some wear and tear that needs t/b addressed.
