“Stayed 2 very peaceful nights at this very clean and well furnished home. We found the beds nicely firm. There were sufficient outlets to charge our electronics and we appreciated the coffee supplies. We didnt cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked. This is a cozy, comfortable place. The only challenge is that the bathroom is a single step up. This didnt work well for one in our party but for the rest of us it was fine.”

“Overall, the house was great and we had a wonderful 2 weeks. The neighborhood is in a great location w/ access to restaurants & a short drive to the beach. The house was clean & spacious and there were great open areas to gather to eat, play games, sit outside on the screened in porch. Our biggest frustration was the mgt company. We arrived @ the house 4:40pm & immediately heard smoke detector chirp . high ceilings & no batteries. We called the office at 4:45 (15 minutes prior to closing) & were……

“The bed was comfortable. The cleanliness of the property could use improvement. Porches covered with pine needles, vents and cold air returns filled with built up dust. Property managers “Vacasa” kept saying they would do whatever they could to rectify the situation. But never did anything. I ended up buying a broom to sweep the porches. Just not a good way to do business.”

“Perfect place for two people and a dog. Great beach access - some houses to the north do not due to some erosion. Owner was quick to accommodate an additional day. This is our third time renting this house and it won’t be our last.”

Plus it is super cozy and comfortable with a beach flair. It is very close to the beach and shops while also being secluded near the end of a quiet cul de sac. Loved our stay!”
