「Great stay! Location was great for what we had on our itinerary. Very clean and we'll maintained. 」

「This property has a lot of amenities from the gym, outdoor patio spaces, pool area, refillable water dispensers, little nooks and crannies to sit, work or read quietly. Bonus being access to the Katy Trail directly across the street. However, one downside is that the hallway on the hotel floor (24) smelled greatly of cooked foods, although the rooms were fine. 」

「I liked the area because of the atmosphere. It was walking distance to great eating and shopping area. The apartment was clean and the outside patio was quiet. The communication with Vrbo was great but it was more of three way communication. I left messages with the property manager about not have our room ready on time, no remote control for the TV nor did our fav get activated to enter into the building and other access to the building. 」

「My 4-day stay at Kasa Highland Park Dallas was excellent. You do need a smartphone to open doors and garage gates. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There were: towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, conditioner, maybe lotion but I don't remember, pots and pans, garbage can and bags, plates, cups, utensils, paper towels, cleaning sponge, salt,pepper and EVOO. There was a keurig and coffee pods and an electric water kettle. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Excellent experience. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The hosts provided accurate and precise instructions on how to access the property. Check in and check out was easy. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and cozy. The pool and hottub elevated the experience. The location was in close proximity to a variety of attractions. 」

「I’ve had a couple vrbo stay’s and honestly this was hands down my favorite. The location was definitely in not the best area, however that was easy to forget when dealing with such a fantastic host. The home was incredibly clean and well maintained with a multitude of provided appliances. The beds were incredibly comfortable and clean. I will say the house got a little hot during the day, but at night it cooled off just enough. Genuinely a great stay I would 100% recommend.」

「We had a great stay for SMU graduation ceremonies. The property was only 7-8 miles from campus (20 min drive). All of the amenities were as described. We loved the pool, the hot tub and the games inside. There were plenty of sleeping options with the 4 bedrooms. The host has a nice coffee bar set up with lots of Keurig choices. The kitchen is well stocked as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, hence the warnings about the quiet hours. It was not an issue for our group. We would definitely stay...

「Walking distance from many high quality restaurants and a good neighborhood really makes it hard to wanna stay anywhere else. Host responds immediately. Just overall will love to come again. Only issue I can stay is the water can get hot fast in the shower and sink.」

"The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location."
